Elvasma Reviews: Is It Legit? Price, App, Complaints

By Published Updated

Yes, Elvasma looks legit. It is a real online store that sells Bible study guides for $33.99 and $36.99. It lists an address, a phone number, written policies and public reviews. Know two things first. The free app trial renews at $19.98 a month. And the written refund policy is stricter than the "money-back guarantee" wording.

This page collects Elvasma reviews and public facts, checked October 7, 2026. I'm Kristen, a mom of two who quit a lot of Bible studies. I have not bought or tested Elvasma, so everything here comes from their site and public review pages. You can see how we handle pages like this on our how we review page.

What is Elvasma?

Elvasma is an online store that sells Bible study guides. Its main product is a small guide with one page for each of the 66 books of the Bible.

The store also sells a Bible app, a journal, a devotional book, a charts and maps book, and a few small gifts. The footer shows the name STAR SHARE LLC. The site does not say outright that this company runs the store.

What does Elvasma mean? The site does not say. We found no meaning on the home page, the about page, or the product pages.

Elvasma's two Bible study guides compared

Elvasma sells two guides with almost the same description. The site never explains the difference in words. Here is what the two product pages show.

| Detail | Elvasma™ Bible Study Guide | 66-Page Bible Study Guide | |---|---|---| | Price | $36.99 | $33.99 | | Compare-at price | $49.99 | $45.99 | | Pages | 66 | 66 | | Size | A5, 5.5 x 8.27 inches | A5, 5.5 x 8.27 inches | | Colors | Brown, pink, blue | Brown, pink, blue | | What the page says is inside | One page per Bible book. Guided reflection prompts and an "Additional Notes" section | One page per Bible book. Open sections for notes and reflection | | What comes with it | Free app trial, audio prayers, 365-day reading plan e-book | Same |

Both pages describe a faux-leather cover, full-color pages, and a ribbon bookmark. The site does not say if either guide is hardcover or softcover.

One more small difference. The first guide's page names a founder as the author. The second guide's page does not list an author.

Is Elvasma legit?

By the public facts, yes. Elvasma is a real store with a real contact trail. It also has a few gaps you should know about.

What points to a real business:

  • A Miami, Florida address and a phone number are listed.
  • A support email, a contact form, and written refund, shipping, and privacy policies are on the site.
  • A named founder is listed on the first guide's page.
  • A YouTube channel shows 92.7K subscribers.
  • Public review pages exist, and the company answers critical reviews.

What deserves a careful look:

  • The refund policy and the guarantee wording do not match. More on that below.
  • The Better Business Bureau gives a D+ rating, and the business is not accredited.
  • Trustpilot has only 13 reviews.
  • The app renews on a monthly charge after the trial.

I did not place an order, so I can't tell you what the cart or checkout looks like. I can only report what their pages say.

The refund rules. The guide pages show a "90-day money-back guarantee." They also say you can get "a full or partial refund depending on circumstances."

The refund policy page is stricter. It says the store is "unable to accept returns at this time." It says you can contact them within 90 days of delivery to ask for a partial refund. For the app, it offers a partial refund on your most recent charge.

So the badge says money-back. The policy says partial refund. Read the policy before you buy.

Elvasma reviews and complaints: what real customers say

Trustpilot shows a 3.8 TrustScore from 13 reviews, as of October 7, 2026. Nine reviews are five stars (69%). One is four stars (8%). None are three or two stars. Three are one star (23%).

All 13 reviews carry Trustpilot's "Unprompted review" label. They date from August 1 to September 17, 2026. You can read them on the Elvasma Trustpilot page.

What people praise. The kind words are short and fairly simple.

  • The per-book overview helps people understand what each book is about.
  • It is easy to use and easy to follow.
  • Shipping was fast for some buyers, and the book looked nice.
  • The order arrived as expected.
  • Support answered quickly.

What people complain about. These are the patterns, counted out of 13 reviews.

  • An unexpected monthly charge for the app: 2 reviews.
  • Slow or missing delivery: 2 reviews.
  • Print that is small and hard to read: 2 reviews.
  • Poor product quality: 1 review.

The company replied to all four critical reviews. Its replies mention cancelled subscriptions, a refund for a package that never came, and a larger size option that is "coming."

Two details do not match the site. One reviewer said the book shipped from China. The shipping policy says orders ship from a U.S. warehouse. The company's reply said some orders are fulfilled through international shipping partners.

A reviewer and the company reply also mention two-page summaries. The product page says one page per book. We could not settle that without a copy in hand.

The BBB profile. The BBB profile for Elvasma shows a D+ rating. The business is not BBB accredited. It shows one closed complaint in the last three years and three customer reviews. We could not read the complaint or the review text.

Other sites. The SmartCustomer page, once called Sitejabber, has no reviews.

Their own numbers. The product pages show "4.8 (362 Reviews)" and "4.7 (409 Reviews)." The site also says "Used by over 72,000+ believers." And it shows survey results from "our first 1,000 customers." This is what their site says. We could not confirm any of it from an outside source.

Is there an Elvasma Bible app, and what does it cost?

Yes, the store sells an Elvasma Bible App. You get 30 days free, then it costs $19.98 a month unless you cancel.

The product pages say this in three places, including right under the Add to cart button: "App renews at $19.98/mo, cancel anytime." The site says the app includes the Bible, flashcards, quizzes, and exams. It also says the app adds study pages for 88 books, with the Deuterocanon and the Ethiopian canon.

Here is what we could not find. We searched Apple's App Store and Google Play for the Elvasma name and found no app. The product pages do not give an app link or say where the app runs.

To cancel, the site says "cancel anytime." It has a "Manage Subscription" link in the header and footer. We found no written step-by-step instructions. The refund policy offers a partial refund on your most recent subscription charge.

Is Elvasma on Amazon? Is there a PDF?

We could not confirm that Elvasma sells on Amazon. Listings that use the Elvasma name do exist there. We could not open them to see the seller, and elvasma.com does not link to Amazon.

If you want the real thing, buy from elvasma.com. A listing with the name on it may not be from the same company.

Is there a PDF? No. The site offers no PDF or digital version of either guide. The free 365-day Bible study plan is an e-book. The store sells a separate printable item called Bible Verse Cards.

Who wrote the Elvasma Bible study guide?

The Elvasma™ Bible Study Guide page says its founder, Joe Rosati, created it with "a team of dedicated believers." It says every page was written and reviewed several times.

The site lists no credentials for him or the team. The 66-Page Bible Study Guide page does not name an author.

Elvasma customer service: how to reach them

You can reach Elvasma by email, phone, mail, or a contact form on its site. The site gives two different sets of hours.

  • Email: support@elvasma.com
  • Phone: +1 (786) 408-7858. We could not confirm if a person answers it.
  • Address: 2125 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 204 #17607, Miami, FL 33137, United States
  • Contact form: elvasma.com/pages/contact

The contact information page says Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. The contact page says "Available 24/7." The two do not match. The site gives no response time.

Who Elvasma is a good fit for

Elvasma is a good fit if you want a short, simple overview of each Bible book. Several things in its favor are backed by the site or by public reviews.

  • New believers and first-time readers. The per-book layout is easy to follow, and reviewers called it easy to use.
  • Anyone who wants context before reading a book. One page per book gives a quick look at themes and background.
  • Small group members. A short summary before a discussion can help everyone start in the same place.
  • Gift givers. It is a compact A5 book with a faux-leather cover and a ribbon bookmark, in three colors.
  • People who don't want a dated plan. It is organized by Bible book, not by calendar day.
  • Readers who use any translation. The site says it works with KJV, NIV, ESV, NKJV, NLT, and others.
  • Readers who want an app too. Some will like the extras, as long as they know about the monthly price after the trial.

Who might want something different

You might want something else if you need large print, want a deeper study, or don't want a subscription tied to your order. Two reviewers found the print small. One page per book is an overview, not a full study.

Another option is The Simple Bible Study by Everisma. It is our own product. Bible Momma is made by the team behind Everisma, so weigh what we say here with that in mind.

It is different in a few ways. It is undated. It has 52 weekly themes. You can't fall behind, because you can start any week in any month. If you quit studies when you miss a few days, that is the point of it.

Elvasma does some things ours does not:

  • It gives one page of overview for each Bible book.
  • It is smaller, in a compact A5 size.
  • It costs less.
  • It has an app, if you want one.

Here are the plain facts for both, as listed on each store's site on October 7, 2026.

| Detail | Elvasma™ Bible Study Guide | The Simple Bible Study | |---|---|---| | Price | $36.99 | $49 | | Pages | 66 | 219, per the product images | | Format | A5, faux-leather cover | A4 hardcover with a lay-flat spiral | | Structure | One page per Bible book | 52 weekly themes | | Dated or undated | Organized by book, not by date | Undated | | App | Free 30-day trial, then $19.98 a month | None listed | | Guarantee | 90-day money-back wording. Policy says partial refund | 30-day money-back guarantee. The written policy has conditions |

We hold ours to the same fairness. The guarantee is a 30-day promise, and the written refund policy has conditions you should read first.
